TOPIC: Discount or Dicount coupon mangement

Is there a way discount code is sent to customer and they enter and they get discounted price. I saw in the system it says Discount rate. i AM TALKING ABOUT INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS WHO ENTER DISCOUNT CODE WILL GET DISCOUNTED RATES.

I discussed similar solution with another user, may be something like a voucher system to allow completely free downloads OR discounts per product?

I implemented shopping cart in the new update that is coming out, and I'm thinking about adding coupons.
