Deian, I've installed the new release 358, have I got to change something in my configuration to let it go?

However I've got some problems.

1) Still missing the navigation bar in Users Balance...
2) As I click on Forms I receive this error: 1146 Table 'urtleq0p_rp.aylxu_quicksell_forms' doesn't exist SQL=select count(*) from aylxu_quicksell_forms where 1

First of all thank you for such a great plugin!
After few days of testing I have a 1 big problem and a question.
After installing pkg_quickselljoomla3_pro.zip and pkg_quickselljoomla3_pro_355.zip, without any problems I installed pkg_quickselljoomla3_pro_356.zip. No error messages but when I click FORMS button in QuickSell admin I receive this error:

1146 Table 'chlopaki_atakufo2015_st2.ata15_quicksell_forms' doesn't exist SQL=select count(*) from ata15_quicksell_forms where 1

I tested this with about 5 installations. I tried to uninstall, but then I had MySQL errors and I could not install quicksell plugin again. Finally I tested on NEW clean joomla and the same error show up.
I red on your forum that you can import the missing table? If yes can you send me the missing table so I can import it?

Another question is about PREVIEW. I noticed that while Joomla CACHE is ON, after first play, closing and reopening the page (like I was visiting again or someone else was visiting) the PREVIEW would not play. I guess it's a cache causing this, 'cuz when cache is disabled preview plays perfect. Is there workaround? I need my website with cache enabled. For a moment I just uploaded demo content to soundcloud.com and embed to website, but I really love the preview option.
I tested this with FIREFOX, IE11 (buttons background color is white so you cannot read PREVIEW or BUY NOW words), Google Chrome Version 40.0.2189.0 canary (64-bit), Google Chrome Version 38.0.2125.104 m (32-bit). Cleaning cache is not helping since I guess it's a website cache that is causing this.

Just so you know, you can rename currency for Poland from New Zloty to either POLISH ZLOTY or PLN. Polish currency was "updated" about 25-30 years ago so it's safe to call it ZLOTY (it was always called zloty after 1939). You can even write POLISH ZŁOTY (with "Ł" exclusively polish letter). In translation złoty means gold, like gold coin, just interesting info I guess... or not
