It's on a XAMMP server so I can't share, but I made a video showing the problem.

I installed it on a WAMPServer and it did the same thing. I think the trailing / is affecting the front-end as well.

That's strange. I just tested on localhost with no issues here. Do you have any special SEF extensions?
