TOPIC: Selling Pay-Per-View

I have played with the Quick sell and appears to be a good plugin. However, I want to know, if something can be developed to sell videos as pay per view rather than download. If the videos are sold and allowed for downloads using Quick sell, then the buyer may upload these to say youtube and I won't be able to protect piracy. However, if after purchase, the buyer is only able to view them and unable to download will help me going further in my project. Is there a way that this can be achieved through Quicksell and Joomla together.

Yes, it can be achieved. What can be done is: After payment via PayPal / purchase via deposit, you can modify the thank you page to show up as a video player instead of download link.

Will this be one time view of the video or they can view it say for a month after purchase? Can you suggest something, as after few searches over the internet, I like your plugin over the others now? It is simple and very elegant and fits my site theme - www.geeks.i-pupil.com

Well i'm also interested by this way of thinking about quicksell.
One idea is to send to the buyer an email with a specific code that can give acces to a restricted video page.
But it can't resolve the subscription duration issue.

If you have a way to do it i'm in.

Could you also give us instructions / code on what to be included to show up a video player, instead of a download link? I am not a developer, so been struggling with this.
