There's an update coming out with the above issues fixed + support of "terms and conditions agree before ordering" feature and "coupon codes" support.

Still couldn't replicate the issue described at 2), I will try again, but it's most likely due to deposit editing or something.

The update should be out by tomorrow I believe.

Yes there shouldn't be any problem upgrading to Joomla 3.3.3. I will test with it before releasing, but there shouldn't be any issues.

Regarding the payments or more like donations to speed the development - yes that always helps, especially in slow periods like this one, but I can't ask anyone to do that.
