Hi,

When I activate Terms popup, then it does not redirect to PayPal after you accept terms.
This problem happens in IE and Firefox. It works well in Chrome.

You can see the problem on this page:

After you click "I agree" it just freezes on "Sending you to PayPal to complete the payment and finish the order process..."

If I disable the Terms popup in admin then everything works fine..

Is this not the correct file?
