Hi,

So almost there with the quicksell however when making a purchase the customer is taken to paypal, they pay they then have to click return to site where they will obtain the download link, however the link is not emailed to them and it should be, I have checked the config and must be missing something.

Any clues

Hi Steve,

Is the joomla email properly setup? Are the files big? Can I have a look?

QuickSell uses joomla api to send email, so all needs to be properly configured with SMTP and etc.

I am having the same issue, and my Joomla email is set up properly, based on a test using Joomla's Private Messaging component. Email is delivered via SMTP. What do I try next?

The file is fairly small, 1.7MB. Yes, Attach Files is activated. Joomla is v3.3.6 and QS is v3.5.3.

Could I have a look? What is the format of the files? Are you using GMail (has problems with executables).

P.S. QS Seems outdated, is it processing paypal orders at all? I sent newsletter that update is needed due to paypal changing their ssl.
