Hello,

I have been having the exact same trouble since the first day that I purchased and installed this script.
It will not send an email to my client after purchasing something.
I am not looking to send the whole file (or PDF) as an attachment, I just want to send the link via email, but that is not happening.
I also do not see any solutions offered here.
If anyone is able to help, I would appreciate it.

Good to hear from you. Your response is always lighting fast!
If the problem is related to the email configuration (settings) of Joomla, then please let me try some different settings.
If I can't figure it out, I will contact you with the login details.
I just don't want to waste your precious time if it's a settings' issue.

I am always happy to help. I highly recommend using Gmail. It can be a little tricky to set up because they have many security settings. But all of my emails are going to inbox. I have never experienced problems with the email delivery and Gmail.
