TOPIC: email not being sent to customer

I'm also having issues with this. I'm using SMTP through gmail and when I add new users it sends the emails through gmail so it's working in my global configuration, just not through quicksell. I'm dealing with large files (~500MB). People I've put on the free downloads group have no problem downloading but the problem seems to be emails not getting sent out. I've added you as a super user and emailed you.

My website is just online.
I have the same problem, customer don't receive email (i configure with files inside the email)
SMTP is correct in joomla
Php.ini is correct / Folder with zip files is ok

Edit : paiement with paypal it's ok, and after paiement, link(s) are displaying on my website.
But :
- I prefer by email (small files)
- If I can't by email, how customer can retrieve link(s) ? one month later for example

Hello,

Might be related to the outbound server configuration, for example gmail is rejecting emails containing executable code (even in zip files).

If the SMTP is correct and the file size is in the allowed limit, emails will be sent out.

SMTP works (infomaniak) and send email by joomla is ok
Zip file have pdf/gpx/plt files and small (500ko)
I start with doawload links and it 's work.
