Yes, IPN is turned on.

My Joomla site is in a subfolder of my domain. I have tried setting the IPN to both the top level URL and to the subfolder.

In both cases, when I place a sandbox order, I receive an email from the site with subject "Verified Order on www.abgoodwin.com" However the website continues to refresh indefinitely and continues to say "Order is not confirmed yet" and sandbox buyer receives no email.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the fact that I receive the confirmation email means that PayPal must be sending notification to the site.

Something is clearly not working internally on the site.

I really need to get this working NOW.

Just send me some login information for the site on the support email and I'll make sure all is working.
I'll login, test to see what's going and and tell you what we need to do.

Hi.

The last time I let an outsider log in to the site it was hacked, so I am reluctant to allow that. No offense intended.

Is there another way?

As a start do the following

1. Turn off sandbox and fill in the real/live account that will receive payments on the site.
2. Create a button for $0.01
3. Give me the address so I can place a test order.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
