Hi mate,

Have you selected a form for the file?

You need to go to files section and click select form for that file, there is such column in configuration.

Hello there,
I have exactly the same problem and I would like to know when the solution came. I did all steps what showed on the video, but without success.

Hi guys,

To make sure your form is showing up:
1. Enable the Fill a form feature in the configuration
2. Create a form from the form editor
3. Assign the form to the file trough the file section.

After hitting buy now the form should popup now.

My system information:
Joomla! Version Joomla! 3.4.1 Stable
PHP Version 5.5.17
PHP Built On Linux serv01.ams8.siteground.eu 2.6.32.59-sg3 #9 SMP Wed Sep 26 03:29:25 CDT 2012 x86_64
