TOPIC: Mail chimp

1 Please explain clearly how integration works with mail chimp.
2 When someone purchases a download I want then to be added to the mail chimp at the same time not later when the click buy button. So need fields for first name and email address connected to the buy button- Can this work
3 Have you solved the ability to edit forms? Not working for me.
4 How do I know the download on my order page of Shopfiles is the latest version as the file does not mention which version of 3 it is eg 3.4 or 3.5 etc
