What you can do is add a view to quicksell that will do the verification, it's fairly simple but would require some php knowledge.

May be you can modify the paypal.php file and the qrcode.class.php and use the unique "key" identifier for that url and make the new view load/verify the order by it. Something like this I've implemented before for one of my other plugins. Worked well.
