We had an issue where a customer placed an order for a protected copy of a PDF book, the Paypal payment went through fine, but due to an error in our setup they did not receive a download link.

So now I want to manually create an order for them and send them a link (or attach a properly protected file using their email address for the password). I have looked everywhere in the component setup and see no way to do this.

QuickSell version is 3.7.3 and Joomla is 3.4.1.

Hi,

Right now you can add a new order to the customer via the admin panel, but it might encrypt with a password.

I'm issueing a new update and that would be one of the fixes.

I found where to do it at the bottom of the Orders tab, but when I select a user and a file and click the "Process" button, nothing happens. Am I missing something?
