Hi,

1. Backend: Component > Orders : There you can see that all the user set to Non registered user (they actually have to sign in first before they can download the files) and the date is always 01:00 January, 1 1970. All files they download are free files, it means files with Zero in the shopfiles price field.
2. Backend: Component > Configure > Free Download Groups : I have to set the Free Download Groups to Registered because if not, the download link will have download limit (for example 3 times download only) in it. Is it the way the plugin works ?

Hallo,

I just purchased a new products/supports for another year and download the latest package. I installed it but still have the same problem.

1. The download link for the free files require registration before user can download the files. If the user save the download link from previous download and try to download again they should go to the login page and after login the callback URL is called. Before package update the user just get a blank white screen, after updating the header and footer of the joomla template is there but with a blank body page.

2. On backend Component>Quicksell>Order - the list of orders for the downloads always show non registered user and 01:00 January, 1 1970
3. I have to set up a Free download Group = registered so that the download link doesn't have a download limit. If I just input 0(Zero) in the price field, the download will have a download limit. If I set the download limit to 9999 then it will also change the download limit for the paid download.
