Hi,

Try doing this:
QuickSell > Configuration > Integrations > Multimedia > Replace download link with a player

Turn that on and test.

No such option on mine. Plus I'd like them to download and/or be able to play it.

I didn't have that option in my configuration. But I would like them to have the option to play or download the file. Any suggestions?

Right now there is an update that will allow you to replace the download link with a player, but not both, adding it to the list for the next update.
