Somehow, the button does not show up. (It was working fine.). I think all the plug-ins etc are enabled. Can anybody advise how to troubleshooting? Thanks.

Hi there,

Is the quicksell buttons plugin enabled? Does the file exist in the filesystem? Do you want to send login info so I can take care of that?

Solved this problem. It appears I need to refresh the list of uploaded files in QuickSell. Here is what happen:

- Files are uploaded via FTP directly (i.e. not via QuickSell)
- Command to create the button is copied / modified manually because only the file name changes

This caused the problem.

To solve this problem: just got the QuickSell -> Files -> select the directory to make sure the newly uploaded files appear in the list.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Yes that's right, so they can be added to the list. I missed the fact that you upload trough ftp.
