On my website I want to have a free download for all public users. It worked fine at first, but now the Download Limit hit page is shown, and download is nog possible anmymore. Please check www.pedalclassics.com/video-clips/20-esm...d-the-1952-vw-beetle

Is there is way to change the download-limit to infinite?

FYI: the webpage I mentioned in the post has been modified. Visitors now can download the movie via a direct <a href..> link. The problem with the download-limit still exists though.

Odd, there is no download limit for free files really. If you can bring that old button back in some test article I could investigate.

Hi,

There is only a problem when the file is for public download, so users don't have to login. I made a temporary link to a free download that gives the error:

www.pedalclassics.com/login/demo

It looks like the problem occurs in Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer always, but in Firefox the download is somtimes possible...
