Question, are click to pay added secretly embedded the the extension? can you explain this?

I managed to set up sandbox and it's working, buy and item and login goes to sandbox account, once that complete I return to sellers website. and wait for the transaction to complete but it does not it's in an endless loop every 5 seconds for transaction completion as I am waiting I see this in bottom left browser page. It has m e greatly concerned

Thee is nothing related to this in the plugin.

Anything can lead to that, even a browser extension. If you send me the page I can look into that, but it's not from my plugin.
