TOPIC: DEfaut setting VS Op[tion setting

I am wee bit confused over the setting for QS

Under configurations: Email
Email Delivery and Attach Files are by default Checked

but there is an email option under the Files menu for Make a Button / Options Email Delivery check box, does this override the configuration settings or cause a conflict if email is set in configuration.

Which is the best way to set this up.

I always recommend using the Default settings instead of the Optional to avoid confusion.
