Do you mean that nothing happens when you click on PayPal on the select merchant screen?

Ah. I didn't realise that was a link. yes it takes me to my Paypal login thankyou.

Is there any way to bypass this window if I only use Paypal? I don't have any other merchant accounts

I haven't set up any coupons but I've not found anything that enables or disables the feature.

Yes, found it and switched it off and now it works. Thankyou.

Presumably if I want to use coupons in the future I'll run into this issue.
