TOPIC: Manual Order doesn't send email with download link

I've got my store selling files to customers fine. After a customer pays they get the expected download web pages. I want to manually enter some orders where customers have already paid by another method. If I create a manual order, it adds it to the order list with payment status=completed, but it does not send any emails to the customer with download link. How can I get it to do that? My Joomla is sending out emails just fine for other components.
