TOPIC: is this software still supported?

i want to know before i install it on my site. im noticing no responses for quite some time and no response to my chat request under the license area. I wanted to know how many downloads i had available in case of updates and i have a 2 year subscription. hope to hear something or how best to get in touch if needed.

Long time to reply, but for newer users i'd probably suggest maybe not investing into this one. Support is spotty and I have a dozen issues outstanding where I just haven't bothered anymore. It still functions at a basic level, but if you can find something better i'd go for it.
