TOPIC: [FIXED] Can't find file download link?

Hi, I have gone through the config and uploaded file for purchase and download etc.
The process all works (paypal etc) and I am directed back to the webpage that I set up, but there is no file download anywhere? Also I don't receive any email for the download ?

From our email messages I see you have enabled IPN already, that's good, but can you check and let me know if php deirective allow_url_fopen is enabled?

This is used to connect to paypal and verify the transactions, so there are no spoofed ones.

how and where do I check this ?
