I tested the Quick Sell comp. in another website.
Everything works fine including the email delivery!
Settings are the same so I wonder whats going wrong?!

Our issue is even worse. When we make the payment on Paypal and we click on "Return to our website" it goes to a page which says "Your order is not confirmed yet, this page will refresh in 5 seconds! Please do not navigate away from the page until we receive your order confirmation." and it keeps refreshing. And of course no email gets sent to the buyers.
Attached is the configuration of your component on our website.

Hello,

This is because PayPal is not sending notification to quicksell for the completed order.

Please make sure you have enabled Instant Payment Notifications under Profile -> My Selling Tools.

URL is yourdomain.com

That's all you need to do.

This is the same for your live site account too, you need to do it.

Let me know if you want me to help you with test orders.

Thank you for the fast reply.
I went to PayPal sandbox --> Test Tools and entered our website url (Which is an IP at this moment) under "IPN Handler URL", transaction type to "Web Accept" and there are some default buyer and basic information comes up but we didn't change them.
With following the above scenario we have the same issue with refreshing page.

Do we need to enter the default buyer info when we do a test transaction?
You help is really appreciated.

Hello,

Seems like you went to the IPN testing page, not to the IPN "turn on" page.

go to sandbox.paypal.com, login with your sandbox account
then look for

My Selling Tools -> Instant Payment Notifications

That has to be the proper location, there is a form where you need to input a url:

yourdomain.com

and select the IPN status as enabled.

Let me know if you need I'll try to make a video tutorial if you can't find it.

Thank you for the provided instruction. We put the URL under Instant Payment Notifications and now the IPN status is enabled. And then I tried to place an order and again I received the following error. Also the download links are not showing on the page.

Your order is not confirmed yet, this page will refresh in 5 seconds! Please do not navigate away from the page until we receive your order confirmation.

I'm just sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with our website information.
Please do me a favor and check the setting.
Thank you
