I tryed to configure and ebook access for 0.01€

I used all default options

I constantly get this message once I pay:

Your order is not confirmed yet, this page will refresh in 5 seconds! Please do not navigate away from the page until we receive your order confirmation.

Any Idea???

Did you enabled IPN under Profile -> My selling tools -> instant payment notifications as stated in the instructions?
