TOPIC: Password protection showing up on files

Greetings,

I got a message from a customer that purchased an eBook from our website (PDF format) and when she got ready to open it on her desktop, Adobe Acrobat asked her for a password. I double checked the file I uploaded and it's not security protected.

Is there something in Quicksell that would require a password for downloaded files? Where would it be located and how can I change it?

Open QuickSell confguration and turn of the encryption. That's all you need.
