TOPIC: New installation not working

HELP...

Just installed the program, looks great, although I am getting an error on the return page. States that the Purchase Not Confirmed... it retries in 5 seconds, but nothing. In PayPal I set up the IPN to my domain.com and can see the transactions in recently sent IPN.

I have my site set up with SSL Encryption, Use CURL, Send IPN Detail, and Verify Transactions.

Admin Notes:
I get an admin email telling me the transaction was verified,

Customer Notes:
Customer gets payment notification from paypal, and is charged. The Thank You email never goes out and the download page is trying to refresh, but never confirms order.

Hi there,

Are you using the main PayPal email? This is required because when using paypal ipn, if you use secondary paypal email associated to your account, paypal will report the main one and quicksell will drop the order as fraud attempt.

The mail you are getting, is it the one with subject "verified order on ...."?

I would love to help you out resolve it asap. It works great on many websites, I'm pretty sure ordering system is pretty stable, but who knows!
