TOPIC: No Emails Are Dispatched

Hi there,

I have just purchased and set this up for a client. All very nice and simple - great work!

Only problem I have is, when an order is made, no email is dispatched to the user with the links or attachments.

I have tailed the server mail log while performing transactions, and I can see other emails going out per transaction - just not this one. Can you help at all?

Emails and attachment are turned on. Everything else I run on this server that sends mail works fine.

Usually this happens when attached files are too big or their extension is not allowed/suspicious to the email server (like gmail).

Can you turn off just the "Attach files" feature, this will send the email without the file. If it arrives, then it's related to the file itself.

What is the file size?
