Hi there!

Can you confirm you have enabled instant payment notifications and you are using your main PayPal account? If that's true make sure you have an open currency as the one you are receiving and that the payments status is completed (not pending like echecks)

1. Instant payment notifications is enabled
2. I am using my main paypal account
3. I think that the currency is correct
4. The payments status is set as completed
