TOPIC: Files not playing

I purchased QuickSell and began using it to sell my audio files such as mp3's and wav's etc from my joomla website. Unfortuantely, I did do a few tests after I uploaded the files from my mac computer to quicksell's application, and tested purchasing them through my website on the link provided from your app with my laptop and the files I downloaded would'nt play on itunes or windows media player. I was pretty frustrated by this and would like to know if theres a specific option I must press to clarify the type of files or any clarification what so ever would be much appreciated. Please advice at your earliest convenience.
