Can you please add a new function to the next update:

Setting option of disabling PDF orders with PayPal purchasing (with automatical download) only for the customers from the EU, while keeping it working for the non-EU customers.

This new EU tax package law is sick, I would need to send payments monthly to some countries. It is simply too much administration work.

Is that possible please?

We already have a plugin that does that, it's called QuickSell. for PayPal IPN for DOCman it might take a while to implement due to the slow interest to the product.
