TOPIC: 2 Year Renewal

Thank you for your great plugin!
I have a quick question regarding the 2 year Renewal offer that I received through email. I wouldn't mind taking advantage of the offer, however, I just purchased the Pro Plugin earlier this year (October 2nd, 2015).

Since the original license is not yet close to running out, how does the 2 year renewal work? Does it extend the current time on the license? Effectively making my full support period 3 years (minus a couple of months)? Or how does it work?
