TOPIC: Mobi and EPUB files not showing up

I'm using the paid plugin. I can create a link for the PDF and it downloads just fine, but when I create one for Mobi or EPUB,I receive teh following message: The eBook embedded in this page is missing the eBook file, please edit the ebook and upload a file to remove this message.

I'm giving these books away for free so it should be pretty simple. I'm using Wordpress so I don't know if there's something else I need to be doing since WP generally doesn't like these file types. Also, do I need to create 3 separate books for each of these file types or can I just use one code for all three? I've tried it both ways and am unable to get it to work.

Hi there,

Try uploading the main epub and mobi files into the PDF field as main file. In the full version you can have main ebook file different from PDF.

Test it and let me know if help is needed.

Make sure the pdf file you upload is not larger than the file upload limit of your hosting provider. If you want you can send me login details and I will look into the problem immediately.
