I arrived yesterday and I'm running trough the support requests

I'm available for help now. What I think is it's going on that the main ebook file is missing which is PDF field. It is not really required to be PDF so you can upload the mobi copy there and the epub file in the epub field. Give it a test and let me know or send me the files if you experience any troubles so I can do that for you.

It's a PDF since it's the most used format. I've personally never read an ebook in mobi or epub format.
Are you saying we can't upload it since it's in PDF?

Oh and no problem about pdf or any other format, all formats should work with the plugin.
