TOPIC: Download PDF error

Hi,
I've integrated woocommerce with e-book store and the process it ok but when I click on the PDF in the check out page it doesn't open the pdf saying
yourdomain.com is currently unable to handle this request.
You can test it by visiting
www.nansluckyduck.com.au/noonie-ebook/
and click on the PDF file to see what happens

Another thing, is it possible to have the view of the ebook in landscape mode ?

Did you try with the new format I suggested? PDF 1.4 or 1.5? Let me know if you need help converting.

Meanwhile I will check what's up with the new pdf framework used in the past few updates and make sure landscape works.

After buying a pdf, there is a PDF link, but when clicked there is 500 Internal Server Error.
What shoud I gonna do?

Please try what I suggested in the previous post, re-save the file in PDF 1.5 Acrobat 5.0 format.

I have tested with resaved PDF 1.5 and the same situation.
This URL doesn't work.

I have tested with ePub file and it says "Oops, the link you are using has expired, you need to order again."
I have tested with 2 different servers and the same situations.

What's wrong!?

This shouldn't really happen. The error might be coming from something different than PDF format, does it still occur with encryption off?
