TOPIC: Purchased PDF downloading html not PDF

Hi have recently purchased your plugin and installed it on the website ckelite.co.uk

All seems to have worked correctly and I have integrated it with woo commerce - as stipulated in the details however when going through the purchasing options the download link is not downloading the PDF book it is downloading an html file instead.

Please could you help.

Just so other customers know, the issue was resolved.

The status of the orders must be marked automatically as completed upon completed order. This is a matter of configuration.

Also, after purchase and the PDF is downloaded then the ebook shows as cut in half. How to make the downloaded PDF to look 100% view?

I also, don't receive any email containing the order access information or attachment after doing the payment except the paypal notification email.

I think both problems are related. I've seen this happen when the status is Pendning for the order and WooCommerce does not provide data for the order to the ebook store plugin, do you think you can share some login info so I can look into it tomorrow when in the office?
