After the order completed the message containing the link is received on my email inbox as expected. But just after clicking the links for downloading the following message pop up "Oops, the link you are using has expired, you need to order again." even with none downloads performed.
I have recorded the procedure with you need it
Please help me it is destroying my credibility front of my clients

Can you please check the following:

1. PDF Format, is it in PDF 1.5 acrobat 5.0 compatibility?
2. Does the problem persist when the encryption is off? (related to pt. 1)
3. What does the IPN history at PayPal say about the IPN call?

Usually, the system is pretty solid, what I suspect is the file is not in the proper format therefore the order registration fails as the php framework throws an exception.

If you could provide me some access I would love to diagnose the problem myself.

The order system in general has never failed as long as the above settings are ok.

Long story short, if you can send me some access details I will help you fix it. Once working it never fails. It's just unable to complete the order properly at the moment.

Thank you for your reply. Indeed I forgot to mention that my developer performed the ebook purchase and everything worked as planned. No problems came up.

But I tried in diferent browsers (safari, chrome and firefox) diferente systems imac and windows and different PayPal Accounts. The result was always the same stated previously.
That's why I dont believe it is a pdf format issue or encryption issues. The pay pal ipn appears normally confirming the purchase as it it should be.
Take a look at the video clicking on the link below that I record yesterday. It shows steep by steep what i did and what is happening.
But what is intriguing us is the fact, my developer achieved and I did not.
