TOPIC: Password on the encrypted PDF not working

Hi Guys,

We receive the PDF to download after checkout and via email. When downloading and inputting the password it says incorrect.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. If it helps the file I'm uploading is 2.9Mb but when downloading the file it only comes down as 270kb.
