TOPIC: Purchased quicksell but cannot download

I purchased quicksell on October 21st 2013 and have it installed on my website. I have since logged into my account and cannot access any downloads to update the extension. My account 'Downloads' page says: "Sorry you haven't made any orders yet."

Pls advise on how I can access the downloads to update. I can provide the paypal transaction ID# if you need to verify.
