I have a similar issue... The button is showing fine if the user = registered user....

however, for my custom user group called 'premium users'.... the dwnload filename is something like "%%name%%"

The config settings of the component have been set to: Free Download=Premium Users-Yes.

I am running Joomla 3.2

The file downloads instantly if you click on the button with the corrupt text. Just need to fix this button label issue.

Hello,

I've found 2 issues after your reports when it comes to free file downloads and "require registration" feature which are a result of adding the payment gateways and making changes to the core. These issues will be fixed asap, I wasn't active much this week, but I'm back in action now.
