TOPIC: Order is payed, but confirmation doesn't work

Hi there,
some customers told they got that message:
"Your order is not confirmed yet, this page will refresh in 5 seconds! Please do not navigate away from the page until we receive your order confirmation."
This message remains although their payment was already fullfilled as I saw in my PayPal-account. They also didn't get an email notification.
I tested by myself with another PayPal-Account I have and got the same message. But only when I logged in as a user of mysite. When I order as a guest, the selling works and the payment notification comes through.
I have no idea, what the problem is. Any idea?

Meanwhile I tried by myself:
requireRegistration="on" : doesn't change anything, quicksell didn't get confirmation by PayPal
rm="" : doesn't change anything, quicksell didn't get confirmation by PayPal
rm="0" : doesn't change anything, quicksell didn't get confirmation by PayPal
rm="1" : doesn't change anything, quicksell didn't get confirmation by PayPal
rm="2" : doesn't change anything, quicksell didn't get confirmation by PayPal

In each case customer got a confirmation by Mail from PayPal, I got a confirmation by Mail from PayPal and amount has reached PayPal as I see there, but no confirmation is not notticed by quicksell on the site. And the respond-page remains at
"info
Your order is not confirmed yet, this page will refresh in 5 seconds! Please do not navigate away from the page until we receive your order confirmation."

ONLY when user is looged in! For guests everything works fine.

Versions are:
QuickSellJoomla3 Business Edition v3.3.2 - I now see that 3.43 ist actual. Where do I find the update?
Joomla is 3.3.3

Sorry I was afk due to health reasons.
So if I understsand well for guests order work but doesn't for registered users?

Can I get some login, I will make sure all works properly and will install the latest update.

Right, that's the problem. Registred user can order and pay, but confirmation from PayPal doesn't reach the target after successfull payment.

Update:
I now installed the actual version but problem reamins.

To which email-adress shall I send login credentials?

Just for future reference, the tests went fine and all was working, but we suspect at some point the 19% vat might have caused a problem.
